What is the AFOL Edition?

These items are intended for seasoned AFOLs (Adult Fans Of LEGO®). These items are digital products that include the instructions (.pdf) and parts list (.xml) for the custom kits. This may be the cheaper option to build the custom set, but requires more time and energy to learn about the third party LEGO® sites such as Bricklink and BrickOwl to place multiple orders to source the brick needed for the custom set. Having to make multiple brick orders will also incur more shipping costs.

Why are custom kits so much more expensive than official LEGO® sets

All bricks used in my kits need to be sourced. This takes time and energy to purchase, sort, store, and pack all of the pieces in the kit. Designing and testing of the models take time time as well. Perfecting the instructions so they are easy to understand and making the build experience joyful is very important to me. With all that in mind, I need to price these sets higher than the LEGO® Group would. I know this option is not for everyone. That is why I sell instructions individually for every kit I put out so as many people as possible can enjoy my art. Please check out the AFOL Editions if this fits you better.
